I brought a new car from AutoCare solutions recently, they have been absolutely brilliant! During the test drive a small issue was noticed with an indicator, the gentleman was insistent that this was fixed before the car was sold and was fixed almost immediately. This gave me great confidence that the car had been looked after and that there was no hidden issues. The car came with warranty and breakdown which helped to future reassure me. There was a slight issue with the gear linkage, as soon as I notified AutoCare solutions of this they immediately booked me in to get the issue sorted. The car was fixed the next day they were open with no quibbles whatsoever. I would definitely recommend AutoCare solutions!

Received very good service from this shop. Helped me with a lot of problems with my car. They would not suggest replacing parts right away without checking the root of the problem first. They will explain to you what’s going on and keep you informed while they fix your car. Great pricing also. Very nice people. Highly recommended!

You're lucky if you know this place. Owner Desso is an incredible dilligent mechanic. He will always take time to make sure that your car works & at a fair and pre-agreed price. No hidden costs, surprises or scares to inflate your bill. Over the years, he has given my cars the length of life they were built for, without the price tag. Old-fashioned quality, knowledge and technical skill. And a nice person too.

Very knowledgeable mechanic and very honest as well. Send all my cars to Deso and he always fixes them to a high standard. He’s very comfortable with all makes and models and I trust him completely (I live in Watford and send all my cars to him over in Bedford!)
