I bought a car from this shop and unfortunately, it broke down just as I was getting home. I was really worried at first, but the owner went above and beyond — he took public transport all the way to my home in London, picked up the car himself, brought it back to his workshop, repaired it using new parts, and returned it to me completely free of charge.
That kind of honesty and commitment is rare these days. I completely trust both the shop and the owner. If I ever need work done on my car again, or I’m looking to buy another vehicle, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to go back to them. I’ve already recommended them to friends and family — that’s how confident I am in their service.
